The Jazz & Heritage Talent Exchange Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

As a condition of creating a User Account on Jazz & Heritage Talent Exchange, the NOJHF requires User’s to provide complete contact information.  This information is for internal record keeping ONLY.  NOJHF will not share or sell any personal information provided to NOJHF as a condition of registration.  Moreover, Artists listed on the Jazz & Heritage Talent Exchange site will have no ability to make unsolicited communications to the Music Supervisors, Talent Buyers, or Label/Publisher representatives via the messaging system. 

NOJHF reserves the right to terminate any User account without notice or justification.

ARTISTS

The Jazz & Heritage Talent Exchange expects and requires that all Artists respond to Booking and Licensing Inquiries within 72 hours.  This does not mean that Artists must agree to any deal, but rather ensures timeliness and professionalism.    

MUSIC SUPERVISORS AND TALENT BUYERS

NOJHF reserves the right to require authentication of bona-fide employment as a Music Supervisor or Talent Buyer as a condition of registration under those designations.
